Chunky Chocolate Brownies

The most loving and favorite dish of kids are cakes and brownies. So to keep your kid happy and cheerful we have came up with flavorful and yummy dish called Chunky Chocolate Brownies.
So go ahead and make this at your home and bring a sweet smile on you'r child's face


Elements:

2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
1(8 ouches) packed cream cheese
2 cups semi sweetened chocolate chips
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup butter

Direction:

1. Preheat oven over 30 degrees F (17 degrees C)

2. In a large bowl take cream cheese with 1/2 cup sugar and 1 egg beat it into smooth paste then add chocolate chips into cream mixture and keep aside.

3. In a large sauce pan take water and fill it half of it and let it heat on a medium high heat. Once it started boiling in another heat proof pan melt butter and 1 cup chocolate chips stir thoroughly until both get melted and mixed up.

4. Now slowly add remaining half cup sugar and 2 eggs then stir it well now add flour by keep on stirring it.

5. Now add the remaining ingredients that are baking powder and salt and cook for another 2 minutes and then remove from flame.

7. Grease baking pan with butter and pour half of the chocolate mixture into the pan tab to set it and pour cream mixture onto it and then again at last one more layer of chocolate and tap it slowly to let it set properly.

8. Bake in preheated oven at 30 degrees F for 20 to 30 minutes, or until the Chunky Chocolate Brownie pull away from the sides of the pan. If you want you can check whether it is done or not by placing a tooth pick or a fork, if it comes out clean that means the cake is done.

9. Remove it from the oven. You can garnish it with icing sugar make 12 to 16 squares and serve the hot Chunky Chocolate Brownie with cool chocolate shake.

Note: If you want to serve it cool you need to let the Chunky Chocolate Brownies come to room temperature and then refrigerate it and serve it cool with hot coffee.
