Best Creamy Fruit Cake

Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 table spoon honey
2 pinch cinnamon
1/2 cup fresh chopped pineapple or canned pineapple
1/2 cup fresh apple chopped
3 to 4 chopped strawberry
1/2 cup grapes
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
3/4 ouch of plain plum cake
2 tablespoon whipped cream
Cherry to garnish
Method:
In a bowl take butter, whipped cream and brown sugar mix it well with hand blender and keep aside.
In another large bowl place all fruits, cinnamon powder, Honey and mix slowly with the help of a spoon, don’t mash the fruits.
Take the plum cake and make it into half inch wide slices and keep aside
Now you can choose either a cake tray or wine glass choice is all yours. Let’s take in case of glass.
In a glass first place one thin layer of fruits and then second layer is of cake slice and third layer will be cream mixture lastly Fourth layer will be of vanilla ice cream.
And finally place a cherry along with stem at the top.
Now place the glass or dish into the freezer and set the freezer on medium level and let it set for 2 hours.
