Healthy Chicken Pasta Recipes

Elements:

1 (16 ounce) package linguine pasta
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon olive oil 2 cloves garlic,
Crushed 1 pound skinless,
Boneless chicken breast chicken cut into bite-size pieces 1 (14 ounce)
Chopped 1 large tomato
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
3 tablespoons chopped
Fresh parsley 2 tablespoons
Lemon juice 2 teaspoons
Dried oregano salt
Pepper to taste
2 lemons, wedged to garnish



Process:

> Take a large vessel with enough water for the pasta to boil in that water and add some salt.

> Once the water gets boiling pour pasta and let it boil till it get tender for about 10 to 12 minutes then drain the water.

> Next in large pan heat oil over a medium heat.

> In that hot oil adds garlic and onion saute it till you can smell the fragrant just about 2 to 3 minutes.

> Now is the tomato add chicken and cook it till the chicken changes its color from pink to light brown and also till its juices run clear, which will take approximately 6 to 8 minutes.

> Now reduce the flame to low tomato, feta cheese, parsley, lemon juice, oregano, and at last add pasta.

> Go on cooking and continuously stir until heated through, about 2 to 3 minutes.

> Remove from heat, sprinkle some pepper and salt at last garnish with lemon wedges.
