When we are tired or in a hurry we always prefer to get some food from out side as it easy and save time but we cant be pretty sure that the food we have ordered is healthy or not? whether it is cooked in a clean environment or not. So to avoid all this question here we have came up with a simple solution is Healthy and Quick Chicken Recipe, which not only save your time but also provides you healthy food which keep you and your family healthy and fit.This dish is very healthy as it is cooked in just 1 tablespoon olive oil and also quick because you can make it in 20 minutes. Lets have a look at few Healthy and Quick Chicken Recipe.




INGREDIENTS:

5 slices sandwich bread or plain bread
1/2 cup grated cheese (2 ounces)
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
 salt and black pepper
4 to 6-ounce boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 bunches of Swiss chard(paalak), stems discarded and leaves cut into 1-inch strips

DIRECTIONS:

1. Grand the bread in a processor unil it get coarse crumbs texture and it should be about 2 cups.
2. Heat the oven at 400 degree 
3. Add the cheese, butter, ½ teaspoon salt, and ¼ teaspoon pepper and pulse once or twice to moisten.
4. take an eight inch baking dish now sprinkle ½ teaspoon salt and ¼ teaspoon pepper and spread with the bread crumb mixture. Now cover the whole thing with foil and bake until cooked 
through, 15 to 20 minutes.To check whether it is done or not our can even uncover and bake again till the crumbs are golden, for about 3 to 5 minutes.
5. Take a large plan and heat the oil in it on a medium heat, now add chard, ½ teaspoon salt, and ¼ teaspoon pepper.
6. Now cook either side of the chicken by tossing it until tender for about 5 minutes. Your Healthy and Quick Chicken Recipe is ready to serve.
