Garlic Mushroom Recipe

Mushrooms contain high nutrients and rich in vitamins and minerals. Generally we have seen that when we want to go for healthy food either it won’t be tasty or it will be flavorless. But here we are talking about a vegetable which is not only healthy but you can also make it tasty and flavorsome with help of our new “Garlic Mushroom Recipe”.







Mushrooms can be cooked in plenty of ways but today’s our “Garlic Mushroom Recipe” is not only having mushroom but also garlic which is besides a solid source of selenium also have a folk medicine portion on your circulatory, digestive and immunological systems and threw in one lot with in flat blood brought pressure to bear up on, detoxification, healing, etc..

Elements:
Mushrooms about 8-10 (cut into two pieces)
Garlic cloves about 8-10 (chopped and crushed )
Oregano 1 tbsp
Red chili powder
Black pepper about ¼ tbsp (powder)
Butter or olive oil 2 tbsp
Lemon juice 1-2 tbsp
Salt as per taste
¼ tbsp red chili flakes
Direction:
1. First wash mushroom nicely and now cut into just 2 pieces and now boil mushrooms for about 10 min and then let it cool down.

2. Next in a pan take butter or if you want to make your dish even more healthy you can go for olive oil once the oil or butter gets heated add garlic and let it get saluted
 for 2 minutes.

3. Then add remaining dried ingredients like black pepper, red chili powder and oregano and mix it well and let it cook for few more minutes.

4. Now it’s time for adding remaining ingredients that is lemon juice and finally salt to taste.

5. Now add red chili flakes and close the lid and let it cook for 5 min on low medium heat. Your delicious “Garlic Mushroom Recipe” is ready to Serve.
