1 large egg
1/2 cup cold milk
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder
4 thick slices whole-wheat bread or brown bread
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
2 tablespoons sugar syrup or honey
2 tablespoons raspberry jam
Confectioners’ sugar, for dusting

DIRECTIONS:

> In a large bowl take all the ingredients that egg whisk it well now add milk and cinnamon and mix again so that all the ingredients get mixes well.

> Now dip the bread in the above mixture on the either side.

> Now in nonstick pan melt butter in medium heat, now place the bread until it turn golden brown which will take about 2 to 4 minutes on each side.

> If you don’t like brown or whole wheat bread you can go for milk bread. All you need to do is just toast the milk bread in a toaster just for 2 minutes and use.

> In another bowl pour sugar syrup (you can go for ready made sugar syrup from the market or can prepare at home) and raspberry jam.

> To make your breakfast even healthier you can avoid sugar and use honey.

> Take a plate and arrange the bread in sequence and now pour the jam mixture and spread it like a thick layer.
