4 fish (your choice)
1/2 cup corn flour
Salt to taste
1/2 table spoon pepper
1/4 cup butter
2 table spoon lemon juice
1 table spoon capers
1 table spoon lemon zest
2 table spoon parsley
1/2 tablespoon cumin powder

1. Combine all dry ingredients like flour, salt, pepper, cumin powder, capers.
2. clean the fish, remove the skin and coat it with few drops of butter and half tablespoon of lemon juice let it marinate for an hour or minimum 1 minutes.
3. Now mix the fish in all the dry ingredient mixture that we made in the first step.
4. Now keep it for a minute to get the mixture well with fish.
5. In a heavy base pan heat half butter on a low medium heat.
6. Cook the fish till it turn lightly golden brown then remove from pan.
7. At last before serving season Healthy Butter Fish Recipe with lemon juice and parsley and garnish it with lemon zest.
