Chicken is the most common ingredient liked by everyone now days and especially Split Chicken Breast which is boneless and very juice. But the main thing is what to make with it. Sometimes we will get fed up with eating repeated things or say same ingredient. But you would be surprised by seeing that with same ingredient you can make so many tasty dishes. So try out this tasty and relish dish in your kitchen.

1. 2 large bone-in chicken breast halves with skin

2. 1/4 teaspoon dried basil

3. 1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced

4. 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil

5. 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary

6. 1/2 teaspoon coarse sea salt

7. 1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper


Step 1: Wash  Chicken Breast pieces properly first with water then with vinegar. Then brush the  Chicken Breast pieces with Olive oil and Ginger garlic paste. Keep it for at least 15 minutes. Now shower with salt, black pepper, rosemary, and basil. Arrange chicken in a large bowl and keep in refrigerator for at least 45 minutes.

Step 2: Next Step to make Split Chicken Breast Recipes is Preheat the oven for 370 degree F (190 degrees c).

Step 3: Now arrange the Split Chicken Breast pieces in the baking dish, and place it in a preheated oven till the chicken loses its pink color and turns golden brown and also get dry and all the juice get absorbed. This will take around 45 to 60 minutes.  To check whether it has done or not you can also try thermometer it should read 165 degree.
